Prior to making his mark in commercial real estate development, Bill Schwyhart helmed multiple car dealerships. Hart Motors, Bill Schwyhart’s dealership specializing in sales of BMW and select other vehicle brands, achieved landmark customer satisfaction results, regularly performing in the national top 10 for overall satisfaction.

Luxury car manufacturer BMW offers a line of electric cars, one of which is the BMW i3. The all-electric i3 can drive 114 miles on a single charge while the model of the car imbued with a Range Extender can drive up to 180 miles per charge. The BMW i3 seats up to five passengers, similar to a conventional BMW 3.

BMW engineered the i3 for efficiency and performance using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP). This material has the strength of steel, but carries only 50 percent of steel’s weight. As such, it is one of the lightest vehicles in BMW’s lineup. The i3 manufacturing process also sets the standard for sustainability, requiring 70 percent less water and 50 percent less energy than standard BMW vehicle production. Even the German manufacturing plant that produces these vehicles runs on 100 percent renewable energy.

A real estate investment professional and car dealership owner based in Arkansas, Bill Schwyhart is the founder of Pinnacle Hills. Further, Bill Schwyhart served the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce as its chairman, a role that requires him to oversee the chamber’s various initiatives, including its ambassador’s program.

Rogers-Lowell Chamber ambassadors advocate on behalf of the chamber and support the organization and its members. Ambassadors commonly take part in chamber events, including ribbon cuttings and business after-hours sessions. They are permitted to represent their own companies, and by extension their personal business interests, at various chamber functions.

Further, ambassadors gain access to exclusive functions, allowing them to network with peers and attain eligibility for special door prizes not made available to regular chamber members. Beyond this, all chamber ambassadors become eligible for the chamber’s annual Ambassador of the Year Award, which recognizes the outstanding contributions of individuals who have gone beyond in their service to the chamber and its members.

A serial entrepreneur who built his business reputation as the owner and operator of several car dealerships, Bill Schwyhart oversaw operations at The Pinnacle Group, a real estate development company that he founded. Beyond his work, Bill Schwyhart is a longstanding member of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce (RLACC), serving as the organization’s chairman back when it was the Rogers Chamber of Commerce.

The RLACC operates a number of awards programs to recognize the achievements of people in the county. Its Spirit Award, which is open to members and non-members alike, rewards businesses and organizations that make substantial contributions to the development of the community, with nominees generally recognized as going above and beyond the call of duty in their service to the Rogers-Lowell area.

The Elbert S. Graham/Elza Tucker Award complements the Spirit Award, as it recognizes individuals, rather than organizations, that have contributed to the Lowell community. Again, the award is open to chamber members and non-members, however, all recipients must be residents of Lowell.
